What is Fascia:

A PVC fascia board is constructed to look like wood, even though it’s made from the same material as plumbing pipes. It has a clear advantage over wood when it comes to rot resistance.

OSB (Oriented Standard Board)
OSB (Oriented Standard Board) fascia is a type of engineered wood similar to particle board, formed by adding adhesives and then compressing layers of wood strands (flakes) in specific orientations. Building with OSB is the equivalent of building with structural cardboard; strong and cheap if done properly and weathered in well, and immediately junk if it’s done poorly and weathered in ineffectively. If this product is not maintained, it turns to a sponge. We do not offer this material.
